The C3 builds on the quality and durability of the C2 upright cycle. You get the same great adjustable features to fit your body type and riding style. In addition, the C3 also includes a variety of exercise programs, a larger flywheel and upgraded bearings, PVC dipped handlebars with elbow pads, and an integrated heart rate receiver to allow you to use your own chest strap.

The C3 console is intuitive and has a functional simplicity that you will appreciate. Our Opti-View™ adjustable console angle, a spring-loaded magazine rack that holds books and magazines in place, and Intelli-Key™ buttons that easily prompt you through the program setup process make the console on the C3 very user friendly.
Comfortable Elbow Pads
The multi-position handlebars and padded elbow pads allow you to exercise comfortably sitting up or in a more traditional cycling position without continually trying to find just the right position for your elbows and forearms.
High-Quality Flywheel
A three-piece crank set, high-quality sealed bearings, reinforced poly V-belt and high-quality pedals transfer your workout energy quietly and smoothly to the 24 lbs. flywheel and oversized magnet carrier that provides frictionless resistance.

Program Variety
The LifeSpan C3 and R3 exercise bikes come with a variety of simple-to-use exercise programs designed by experts to keep you motivated as you exercise.
Weight Management — The Weight Loss program varies the resistance at the lower levels, which is designed to help keep your heart rate within the recommended range for losing weight.
Interval Training — Interval training helps you improve your cardiovascular fitness or enhance your sports performance. The resistance levels change from low to high in a repeated pattern giving you a short period of intense exercise followed by a segment to recuperate.
Random Program — The Random program changes the amount of effort required by randomly changing the resistance during the course of the program.
Heart Rate — In the My Zone Constant Heart Rate Control program you enter your desired heart rate and the console will automatically vary the resistance level to keep your heart rate constant as you exercise.
