The EL3000i Natural FIT Elliptical gives you a smooth feel and fluid motion. The 20" stride and closely spaced pedals simulate your natural walking stride. Impact Absorbing Pedals
A blue gel pad in each pedal absorbs the impact from your heel. The pads provide enough cushioning to make your elliptical exercise more comfortable, yet safe for your hips, knees, feet and joints.
USB Drive to Capture Data
Your exercise data automatically saves to your USB storage device, which you can upload to your online LifeSpan Fitness Club account at your leisure. Your membership gives you access to exercise programs and detailed reports of your exercise and health results.
Natural Arm Motion
Converging handlebars let your arms flow naturally as you exercise. The space between the handlebars narrows as your arms extend forward, giving you increased range of motion and simulating your natural arm movement.

Program Variety
Many of the workout programs on the EL3000i are grouped by exercise motivation, making it easy to quickly choose a workout that is right for you. Each program includes 20 workout segments and can be used at two different intensity levels. You can also increase or decrease the resistance load during a program and the entire program will adjust.
Weight Loss — Five workout programs are specifically designed to help you lose weight. Choose from Steady Pace, Long Slow Distance, Cardio Run, Short Interval or Uphill Walk.
Healthy Living — Five workout programs are designed to help you live an overall healthy life. Choose from Uphill Climb, Pyramid Climb, Plateau Climb, Ladder and Uphill Interval.
Sports Training — Seven workout programs are designed to help you enhance your sports performance or help you train for an upcoming sporting event.
User Setup — Two User Setup programs let you create your own customized programs to meet your workout requirements. In these programs you set the resistance level for each of the 20 program segments.
Heart Rate Control — Two My Zone™ heart rate control programs let you use your heart rate effectively as you exercise to safely achieve your cardiovascular fitness goals. The My Zone Constant program keeps your heart rate at a constant level, while the My Zone Interval program lets you enter your own minimum and maximum heart rate. As you exercise, the pedaling resistance automatically adjusts to keep your heart rate at the desired constant level, or alternate between the low and high levels you set.

How it Works
When you use your BPM1000i Blood Pressure Monitor or workout on a LifeSpan i product such as the EL3000i Elliptical Trainer, your usage results are automatically saved on your LifeSpan USB storage device. Simply plug in the USB device (your name is displayed on the blood pressure monitor or elliptical console) and use your LifeSpan product — it's that easy. Since the USB is personalized with your age, gender and weight, not only do you bypass setup screens on your elliptical, you also assure accurate calorie calculations based on your data. Every 20 seconds during your workout, the console records your heart rate, minutes, miles, steps and calories onto the USB storage device.
At your leisure, you upload your results to your personalized online account on your computer. A full set of detailed reports and fun facts show your exercise and health results and accomplishments which can be shared with those who care about your health and fitness, such as your physician, fitness coach or family.
