    I purchased my pedometer about 2 months ago and I never looked back. I had never worn a pedometer before but after reading all of the studies on inactivity I told myself that I needed to stay active during the day and what better way to track yourself. It's suggested to walk 10000 steps per day and with a sedentary lifestyle I found that I was only walking about 2000 steps daily! Now I always know where I am on my step count (whether I need to get moving or not!). Once I incorporated the treadmill desk into my workplace I easily hit 12000 steps daily and am usually ranked in the top 10 in daily steps (nationally) on the LifeSpan Fintess Club. This little device also tracks my daily Calorie count! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to become a little more health conscious. (Posted on 8/13/12)

    I am loving this little pedometer. I have been using it for about a week now and I am surprised at the accuracy, it even counted when I just hooked it to a lanyard and wore it around my neck, I paced off 300 steps to check and the numbers were within a few steps. I haven't used the USB to log the results yet, that's next, but so far so good.. (Posted on 8/13/12)

Your LifeSpan Fitness Club account includes a free software program that synchronizes your account with your equipment. The first time you use this program it loads your first name, age and weight from your account onto the USB drive. When you insert the USB drive into your treadmill or bike, the console reads this information so we can more accurately calculate calories burned. Then as you exercise, each 20 seconds we save your results onto the USB drive. You can then load the results into your account each day, once a week or whenever you choose using the same program.

For orders placed on www.LifeSpanFitness.com, shipping and delivery is currently not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries. Authorized LifeSpan retailers in your country, if available, can assist you.

 

Standard Delivery — FREE

 

LifeSpan Fitness free UPS/USPS and curbside delivery shipping

UPS/USPS Shipments

 

UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After seven days the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.

 

Curbside Delivery

 

Delivered to the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most treadmills weigh over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Threshold Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.

 

 

 

Threshold Delivery — $49

 

Delivered to the closest dry area (porch, garage or inside the closest door of your home). Since your product is being shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time since this shipping method requires a signature.

 

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

 

 

 

Room of Choice Delivery — $99

 

Delivered by a freight carrier with lift gate, two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs only, additional flights will be charged an additional $15 per flight. This is our recommended service option since the assembly process is quite basic for most LifeSpan pieces of fitness equipment.

 

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

 

 

 

White Glove Service — $199

 

This service is a two-step process (see exempt items below) that will require two separately scheduled appointments. The complete White Glove Service includes delivery of the product to your home, placement in the room of your choice (up or down two flights of stairs), unpacking and removal of debris and the final step of assembly. The final step of product assembly requires a certified LifeSpan technician to come to your home and assemble the product that was placed in your room of choice by the delivery team.

 

Exempt Items — Items that only require one step in this process are: TR100/TR200/TR800-DT5/TR1200-DT5/TR5000-DT5/TR800-DT3/TR1200-DT3/TR5000-DT3/TR800-DT7/TR1200-DT7/TR5000-DT7/C3-DT3. These units will be assembled by the delivery team.

 

Most products are delivered and assembled within ten days of your purchase.
