- Cruciferous Vegetables: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, Bok -choy
- Dark Greens and other Dark Vegetables: Spinach, Kale, Beets, Red Cabbage
- Allium Family: Garlic, Onions, Leeks, Scallions and Chives
- Green Tea
- Healthy Oils: Olive Oil, Flax Oil (or ground seeds), Coconut Oil
- Sweet Potatoes
- Dark Chocolate!
