  1. Ouch! I work more than 7 hrs/day ! Actually this is my job, i can’t quit! Does it make any difference the fact that i have gym work outs 3 times per week and tennis twice per week?

    Actually my body keeps fit, my body fat is at 17% which is not that much.. but i worry for the rest of the possible side effects of sedentary lifestyle!
