Delivered to the front of your home. LifeSpan fitness equipment includes free shipping* with purchase. Products are shipped either by UPS or by freight carrier. UPS shipments follow standard UPS protocol. If your product is shipped via freight carrier, such as R&L Carriers, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time.

Standard delivery does not include delivering the product into your home or up flights of stairs, or assembling the equipment. Free shipping applies to deliveries in the contiguous 48 United States only.

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

Get the maximum out of your fitness equipment by having it professionally installed by an experienced technician. Our concierge service saves you the time and hassle, ensuring safe installation without damaging your equipment or home. Once installed, your technician will guide you through operating your equipment so you can get started right away.

Step 1

Purchase your LifeSpan equipment and accessories, and select concierge service during checkout. Applicable products listed below*

Step 2

Receive confirmation via e-mail or phone from your concierge specialist explaining the delivery and assembly process, providing shipment tracking information and scheduling your installation.

Step 3

Receive a phone call from the delivery company to schedule a delivery time. Your product will be delivered to a location best suited for you and your technician.

Step 4

Greet the technician who will move the equipment to the room of your choice, assemble the product to LifeSpan's specifications and make necessary adjustments.

Concierge service includes:

Delivery*	Placed in the room of your choice.
Assembly	Unpacking and assembling of your equipment; adjusting and calibrating to ensure proper operation; removing all packaging and debris from the inside of your home and taken off premises when possible.
Product Usage	Guidance in operating and caring for your equipment.
