What features should I look for in an exercise bike?
For the best exercise bike, look for quality construction, durability, and value. A stationary exercise bike should also be comfortable and enjoyable to use. Finally, look for an excellent warranty.

What maintenance is required on my exercise bike?
LifeSpan bikes require little to no maintenance. A few simple things will keep your bike like new for years.
- Keep the unit clean, especially the console area.
- If not using your C2 or R2 for an extended period of time, it is a good idea (as with all electronics using batteries) to remove the batteries.
- The C3 and R3 bikes using power packs should be unplugged when not in use.
- Periodically check to make sure all assembly hardware is tight to reduce the risk of damage to the unit or personal injury.
- Store your exercise bike in a clean, dry environment. It is also a good idea to cover the unit to keep dust from building up.
I lost my operating manual. Can I get another one?
Yes. Go to the LifeSpan web page of the exercise bike you purchased to download a manual. If you need assistance, call customer service at 801-973-9993.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my LifeSpan bike?
