The LifeSpan RW1000 Indoor Rower has an easy to use console that includes readouts for distance, time, calories, stroke count and strokes per minute giving you all the information you need to get a great total body workout. The console uses a single AA battery and no external power supply is required. Making this rower both energy efficient and convenient.

The patented Eddy Current Drive System delivers smooth and ultra-quiet resistance and the belt retrieval is slack free, even during intense workouts. There are 5 levels of resistance that are conveniently controlled by a resistance knob located directly below the display. If you’re looking for a rower to use without turning up the TV or waking up the family, this rower is a great fit.

For comfort the RW1000 includes padded hand grips, a comfortable 14” injected foam seat and large swivel foot pedals with Velcro straps.

No tools are required to fold and store the RW1000.  Simply remove the locking pin, fold the rower and replace the locking pin to lock the frame in the folded position. The back support also folds down making this rower very compact for storage. Once folded it rolls on the transport wheels located underneath the footpads. A great product when floor space is limited after use.

    I researched rowing machines for over a month and decided on the LifeSpan rower. I've been using it every day now for the past two weeks and love it. Smooth, quiet, easy to fold up...its the best thing for the price hands down. It has a knob that allows you to adjust the difficulty and I wish it could be adjusted even tighter, but it's still pretty good. Great low impact exercise. I just set it up in front of my TV and hop on for 30 minutes each morning and it's been fantastic. Similar machines online were all nearly $1,000 a more. To get something similarly priced I would have had to get Stamina or Marcy, two brands I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Glad I bought this one, no regrets! (Posted on 8/22/12)

For orders placed on www.LifeSpanFitness.com, shipping and delivery is currently not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries. Authorized LifeSpan retailers in your country, if available, can assist you.

 

Standard Delivery — FREE

 

LifeSpan Fitness free UPS/USPS and curbside delivery shipping

UPS/USPS Shipments

 

UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After seven days the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.

 

Curbside Delivery

 

Delivered to the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most treadmills weigh over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Threshold Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.

 

 

 

Threshold Delivery — $49

 

Delivered to the closest dry area (porch, garage or inside the closest door of your home). Since your product is being shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time since this shipping method requires a signature.

 

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

 

 

 

Room of Choice Delivery — $99

 

Delivered by a freight carrier with lift gate, two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs only, additional flights will be charged an additional $15 per flight. This is our recommended service option since the assembly process is quite basic for most LifeSpan pieces of fitness equipment.

 

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

 

 

 

White Glove Service — $199

 

This service is a two-step process (see exempt items below) that will require two separately scheduled appointments. The complete White Glove Service includes delivery of the product to your home, placement in the room of your choice (up or down two flights of stairs), unpacking and removal of debris and the final step of assembly. The final step of product assembly requires a certified LifeSpan technician to come to your home and assemble the product that was placed in your room of choice by the delivery team.

 

Exempt Items — Items that only require one step in this process are: TR100/TR200/TR800-DT5/TR1200-DT5/TR5000-DT5/TR800-DT3/TR1200-DT3/TR5000-DT3/TR800-DT7/TR1200-DT7/TR5000-DT7/C3-DT3. These units will be assembled by the delivery team.

 

Most products are delivered and assembled within ten days of your purchase.
