Desktop Height Adjustment

Comfortably fits users from 4'10" to 6'8" tall. Even at the highest setting, this table will remain stable. The desktop frame is unattached from the treadmill and stands alone, ensuring that any movement of the treadmill stays isolated and is not transferred to the desktop.

Location, location, location! This console is perfectly located for easy access without taking away any of your desktop area. The digital LED display shows steps taken, walking time, calories burned, distance traveled and walking belt speed. The weighted console has a safety key that shuts down the treadmill when removed. The padded armrests add comfort and support to help avoid wrist fatigue in long work sessions. Great for the elbows to rest on, too!

TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk WorkspaceHeavy Duty Workspace

The TR1200-DT5 desktop has a 1" thick composite board and durable laminate surface set on a rigid steel frame.  It is large enough to hold all of your electronic devices and still have ample room for a drink and notepad. The rounded corners finish off the design — not just for aesthetics, but again putting safety at the forefront of LifeSpan design.

TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk Intelli-Guard & Intelli-StepIntelli-Guard and Intelli-Step

The TR1200-DT5 comes standard with two of LifeSpan trademarked technologies: The built-in Intelli-Guard™ automatically stops the belt if you step off during your walk for added safety and is a major development in protecting treadmill users and those around them. With the Intelli-Guard™, you no longer have to worry about leaving your treadmill running if you have to step off to take a call. When your foot no longer continuously strikes the belt surface for 20 seconds, your treadmill will automatically pause. Intelli-Step™ counts and records the number of steps you take and displays them on the console. More accurate than a pedometer, Intelli-Step automatically detects the impact of your foot striking the treadmill belt.

I have had my TR1200-DT5 treadmill desk for 41 days and absolutely LOVE it! It's very sturdy/well-made. I have a sedentary job, sitting in front of a computer, 10+ hours a day, working from home. I have always struggled with making time to exercise. And I have tried all sorts of things to motivate myself. One round involved using a pedometer to try get to 10,000 steps walked / day. I couldn't get close. Now, I walk 10,000 steps at least 5 days/week. I've lost 5 pounds and feel great. Just what this 49 year old needed! (Posted on 5/5/13)

  2. Should have done this years ago! Review by Dawn

I am completing month 1 with my tread desk and love it. I bought a monitor arm and almost immediately was able to type efficiently. I do make more mistakes than before so I have to check myself carefully and my speed is not what it is at a sit down desk, but getting better.

My typical day is about 6 hours at the tread desk averaging 2.3 for typing and about 2.8 for conference calls or research. I use a headset and I have asked all my colleagues and no one can hear the tread desk. It does however make a rythmic thumping sound for the tenant in the suite below me, but she hasn't complained (and she does complain about the high heels on the hardwood in the common area). I have a pad under my desk and it is on carpeting also. I average about 40-50 miles a week and I am typically in the office 3-4 days a week. I am losing a pound a week without effort at all and my goal is to complete 2 "marathons" a week eventually. I also supplement it with fast walking outside at lunch sometimes and get an extra 4 miles in those days. Truly everyone should try this. I have offered everyone in my company one if they will commit to 3 hours a day. No one has taken me up yet due to the newness. I think they want to make sure I stay committed and I know I will! Stay tuned, a lot of orders might be coming in soon.

The only technical issue I have is my tread seems to drift to the right often and I have to adjust it. I do lubricate it every week, but not sure how to keep it from drifting. I also can't get the bluetooth to work (like the other reviewers).

By the way, I have never done a product review; but they are the reason I finally bought a tread desk so I thought I should also share my experiences. (Posted on 3/21/13)

  3. Great treadmill desk but not so useful bluetooth feature Review by Barb
    Price

    Quality

I have been using my treadmill desk for about 2 weeks (Feb 2013). I purchased the 2013 model with the bluetooth capability. So far I really like it, I previously used the treadmills at the gym but I found myself getting frustrated thinking of everything I needed to do. Now I can get as much exercise as I want while doing other things.

The desk is very stable, although not perfectly still (I have a large flat screen TV on a shelf sitting on top of the desktop and it shakes a tiny bit when I am walking. Most of the time I use it at 1.5 or 2 mph and it is very quiet at these speeds. When I walk at 3 mph though, there seem to be more noises (sqeaks, etc. not just an increase in the hum present at the lower speeds). Overall though it seems to be solidly built.

The biggest problem I have is with the bluetooth functionality, treadmill desk app and LifeSpan Fitness Club. I purchased a bluetooth adapter for my computer so that it could communicate with the treadmill and to be honest I am very disappointed. First the instructions for how to make this work are almost non-existent. To use this feature you need to register for a LifeSpan Fitness Club account (you get a 4 month trial free with purchase of the treadmill desk) and once you are logged in, download the treadmill app. Once you have installed the treadmill app, start it and press the Bluetooth button on the treadmill to connect the treadmill to your computer. The app will then display your stats from the treadmill (which the display on the treadmill is already doing). The only thing this app can really do is transmit the numbers to your LifeSpan Fitness Club account- if you don't sync the app with your fitness club account (which transfers the data), it will lose the data the next time you connect to the treadmill after resetting the treadmill counters. Unfortunately the transfer from the app to the Fitness Club is not very reliable. The calories and distance are usually correct but I have found the number of steps to be off and the time seems to be a completely random number (I must be a superhero to be able to walk 8 miles in 40 seconds). Recently I synced the app with my account after midnight so the data were entered for the following day. When I tried to sync the following evening (technically the same day as the prior sync) it never transfered the data so I had to enter it manually in the Fitness Club account. While you can edit the data that you enter manually, you cannot edit the synced data- so even though I knew the actual times, I could not correct them or change the day for the data uploaded after midnight. The treadmill app does have some historical data on it (displayed as a bar chart) but it is only for one week and apparently it gets this data from your LifeSpan Fitness Club account because even though the original numbers shown on the app were correct, the historical numbers are the incorrect ones.

Basically if you don't purchase a LifeSpan Fitness Club membership after your 4 month trial ends, the bluetooth feature is totally worthless. Since the data transfer is inaccurate/unreliable and there is no way to manually fix it, even if you have a membership it is not worth much at this point. It is safer to just manually enter the data and if you have to manually enter it anyway, there are a number of websites that will track your progress for free. However, if you are someone who will use the other features, like the exercise library, you may find the fitness club to be more useful.

To be honest, I was expecting this feature to automatically load and store my daily data in a stand-alone program on my computer (a program that I expected to be included with the treadmill purchase). I am also not happy with all the personal information that was required to open an account so that I could get the treadmill app, only to discover it was not very useful. Why do they need my exact date of birth, name, address, phone number, email, sex, height and weight just to enroll in the fitness club?

Overall, I really like the treadmill desk but I'm not sure the bluetooth feature and treadmill app really provide any additional benefit. Whether the fitness club is valuable or not depends on the individual and how much they will use it's various features. It appears that the fitness club website is still under development so it may become more useful over time.

  4. Working guilt free Review by Liz

I bought the TR1200-DT5 Treadmill Desk combination mid November. I had thought about the purchase for about a month. I wanted to make sure that i would use it. I trade stocks for myself all day long during the regular market hours. I've been doing this for 12 years and have always felt guilt and kind of down about all the time I was having to sit and stare at a computer screen. I now work absolutely guilt free and log on an easy 15000 steps a day. I'm mostly at a 2.2 mile an hour pace and sometimes step it up and other times slow down to 1.4 I absolutely recommend the computer desk to anyone stuck sitting for long periods of time. I'm so much happier now that I'm not stuck sitting down. I have a renewed enthusiasm to do my job and don't resent it anymore. Gotta say: the BEST purchase I have ever made. Thank you! PS...extremely well built desk that holds my laptop & an extra monitor. Desk does not move or shake at all as it is independent of the treadmill. Treadmill is very quiet. It's a large unit so measure before you figure out where to set it up. Also I paid for the 'room of choice' delivery and happy I did as it is heavy to bring up stairs. Buy it...you won't regret it :O) (Posted on 1/16/13)

About 2 weeks in, I'm really excited about the treadmill desk. Walking about 3mi/day and using mostly on conference calls and for reading. Still getting used to typing/writing and hopefully will get the hang of it. Treadmill is high quality and desk is very stable. Setup was not difficult (hardest part was moving all the heavy equipment around). Unit is very quiet, which was my biggest concern. No problem for phone calls or office neighbors. (Posted on 1/8/13)

Just ordered and have been using for a week. It takes a little time to get used to walking and typing (as I am now) however my motivation was to log 10,000 steps a day. Piece of cake. I normally sit all day at work and now I am dividing my time between both. Goal for December 2012 is 500,000 steps (100 miles) should be easy. Looking forward to the weight loss to! Excellent product and customer support. I can do without the countdown and slow start, but that's nothing compared to the benefits. I'm walking about 6 hours a day and burning over 1500 calories.

My only suggestion would be to add interfaces (iPod, USB, power, speakers) to the desk. There's plenty of room for add ons. Also, how about a hydraulic lift to raise and lower the desk for multiple users?

GREAT PRODUCT TEAM!! I'VE ALREADY SOLD 5 FOR YOU. (Posted on 10/22/12)

I've been using my Treadmill Desk for about 6 months and it has made such a difference in my life. I came back to the website to see if LifeSpan had released any new products and to give me feedback for the desk. Overall, wonderful sturdy product. My one suggestion would be to add an extra digit to the read out. I like to know how many steps I have taken in a day and it would be nice to see the counter keep moving past 9,999 steps instead of rolling over. I know, not a big deal and that slot wouldn't be used very much by the calorie count or distance count. Still it would be nice. Anyway, I highly recommend this desk. (Posted on 10/11/12)

I will want to mention something about the service and support of the company behind it. Within 3-4 weeks my treadmill developed a thumping sound. Although machine was perfectly usable but I felt that it is going to get worse. I left them an email over the weekend. I was expecting the usual email and bracing my self for a long drawn out fight over the next coming days. Also, I was concerned on how to send this thing back to Amazon if I had to. On Monday I received a call in which the person after asking a few questions, which neither insulted my judgment or questioned my integrity, told me to wait for a motor in mail and a technician in person. And that is what happened. The day the motor arrived, the technician (Mr. Ralph) called for the appointment. He showed up, changed the motor and gave me a few papers to sign and that is it! This is one of the best services I have received in my life. (Posted on 9/25/12)

After a week, I'm thrilled with the unit. Is quiet, well made and easy to operate.

Ideally it would be nice to have a resume button to avoid multiple button pushes to re-set the speed, since I pause many times during a log session.

The dictation feature with the new Mac operating system makes the whole experience even more delightful...I just push a button and talk! When I must use the trackpad and type, it's easy. Handwriting is more difficult. (Posted on 9/20/12)

  14. Use Tracpad instead of Mouse to work at higher speeds Review by Wadood
    Price
    Value
    Quality

Before commenting on my experience with this new line of product, I will point out few things which hopefully will help someone improve his or her experience with it.
    1. Run and get a Trackpad like Apple Magic Trackpad if you have an Apple, otherwise Logitech trackpad or something similar that works for Windows. It will help you walk at much faster speed. Point and Shoot with a regular mouse gets progressively more difficult (and frustrating) as you approach the speeds of 2mph. I can easily do 3mph with trackpad but found difficult to handle mouse at 1.5mph.

    2. Get a Keyboard without a wrist pad. There should be minimum distance between treadmill's armrest and your keyboard. I have found that if you keep your palms firmly on treadmill's armrest, they absorb most of the shock and your fingers remain steady for the most part. That is why the mouse does not work as well as say a track-pad because hands while operating a mouse are not pinned to a solid surface and are constantly in a flux.

    3. Memorize keyboard shortcuts. Again the idea is to restrict your hand movement as much as possible. You'll find that there are shortcuts for nearly everything.

    4. If possible invest in a bigger screen. Initially, I tried to work off my laptop but found it hard. Small screen and keyboard not close to body makes working more difficult because your body is also moving. I then got a 25 inch monitor and it has really made a difference.

Remember, chances of your using this are directly proportional to how much stress-free you make this for yourself; therefore improving you input devices or even getting a bigger monitor is not a bad investment to protect your much larger investment in the treadmill.

I have done about 100 miles in about 40 hours on this one, so I cannot say anything about its durability but it has already started producing a new noise and I am going to call support to find out what it is.
But I must say that this machine seems to have a potential of what you call a life-changing product, like an iPhone or a GPS. Let's see how far it goes in getting the weight of the nation down. From day one I found it easy to work on. Now after a month I can easily do 2 hours (500 calories) without feeling any real strain (mental or physical), although I am breaking sweat by that time.

But you have to start slow. Start with 30 minutes sessions.

Of course, it is not a perfect machine. It is definitely less noisy and runs more smoothly than your average run of the mill treadmill but it is not noise free by any means. Also, it does not have an easy way to adjust the desk's height, so if there is more than one treadmill walker in house, then it could be a problem. Your next best option is to put your monitor(s) on height adjustable stand(s). (Posted on 9/1/12)

I received my Treadmill Desk prior to surgery and had it set up in my home office. Once I began PT and was cleared to start walking, I began to use the Treadmill Desk as part of my recovery. Because of the work I did, many hours previously spent sitting I was able to walk at a very slow pace giving my back the break needed from the constant sitting position.

I was released from the surgeon earlier than expected due to the life style changes within my work setting. I am able to stand / sit throughout the day and WORK. Within an eight hour day, I am walking at least two hours! What a difference from sitting the whole time.

I have referred many others I work with to check out this product. (Posted on 8/26/12)

I’m averaging 90 – 120 minutes per day and have really adjusted to working on it. I was actually sore the first couple of weeks, which probably just reflects how deconditioned I was. But it’s definitely doing something. I feel sharper and more energetic and am more decisive when I’m walking on it. The work surface is just the right size and fits in my office. Some others that I looked at were too big.

Delivery and set up were easy. It’s great that the belt is already installed. Overall, I am thrilled with it, which I don’t say very often…

My only very minor complaints are that when I restart it, it defaults to .5 mph rather than what I had it set at, plus the countdown seems unnecessary.

  18. Built like an iron s***house! Review by Clark Gunness
    Price

    Quality

I’ve now read the reviews from all the happy, gushing, soon-to-be healthy people using this treadmill desk, but, being an engineer, I look past the personal stuff.

I had researched other treadmill desk components and combinations, and the one thing that struck me was how chintzy most were and what they cost. When I ran across this unit and saw the price, I was skeptical, but the shipping weight (as explained below) and the rating of the drive motor alone convinced me to buy and try.

None in my firm can believe that something with this much iron and weldments– never mind the huge desktop – costs only around $1,300 or so. This thing is stable as a rock, the treadmill is very quiet, and I can write, talk and draft (CAD) while cruising at 1.8 – 2 mph. I’m now averaging upwards of 8 miles per day, or 25,000 steps, give or take. I like that the treadmill stops counting steps when I get off.

A couple of things I would do – and I did.
    1. Even though the treadmill has a safety stop that activates after so many seconds when one steps off the treadmill, I marked the belt every now and then on the sides with yellow paint dots so I could see if the belt was still moving when I stepped back on. This took me more time to find the marker than to apply the dots.

    2. If the desktop is used properly with all the electronic office stuff we use today, the wires do become a bit of a rat’s nest no matter how hard one tries to neaten the wire tray. So I mounted an industrial grade power strip on the underside of the desk top and everything plugs in there, with all the wires held underneath and up with conduit clamps, out of sight and out of mind. Now, I have only two cords to plug into the wall: the cord from the treadmill itself and the cord from the power strip. This retrofit took me an hour.

    3. The fantastic lower cross brace of the desk absolutely begged to be used for some other purpose than just holding up the whole Megillah, so I bought a $19 metal grate shelf from Home Depot, cut it to the proper length and mounted it to the brace with a couple hose clamps. Now I have a 16” shelf for my computer docking station, dedicated treadmill sneakers and field logs. This took me a couple hours, including shopping at Home Depot and figuring out what would work the best.

I recommend this unit. ‘Nuf said.

I received my LifeSpan treadmill desk last Friday and began using it on Tuesday. So far, I've logged 20 miles with little to no effort and it's only Thursday and a short work week! I've posted a photo of myself on the treadmill on my Facebook page and my friends are so excited. I use to work in the fitness/medical device industry and some of those friends are experts. One is a reporter (msn.com) and she's foaming at the mouth to get one herself.

I can already tell that this is the perfect device for my lifestyle. I am a relatively new older mom (I have a 16-month-old) and hold an executive position with a non-profit foundation. I work from home when I am not traveling and needed to find a way to integrate activity into my day - besides chasing my toddler. This is the ticket. I can already tell that my energy level is up (and I'm high energy anyway) and I am looking forward to starting my work day even more.

My husband is a physician and he's jealous that he can't have one at work (could be difficult since he's a dentist/oral surgeon).

I represent patients with lung disease of all kinds through my work with the American Thoracic Society and the Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis. I can see this product being of great use for our patient population.

I can not believe that I really just was able to get on and walk and accomplish work as well. It gets easier everyday. At the end of the day, it is satisfying to know that I was able to accomplish work and also exercise at the same time. I do not get that low at the middle of the day when all you want to do is take a nap, instead at the end of the day I feel like I have more energy.

Depending on what I have going on a specific day, I walk anywhere from 4-8 miles a day. I am on it as much as possible during my work day. I can comfortably go 2-2.3 mph while still working, no problem.

I am more than happy to recommend this product and I am looking forward to the long term health affects.

I love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my treadmill. This treadmill has changed my life.

I had a really hard time finding the time to exercise before. I would come home after working all day and just sit down because I was so tired.
When I called to order a treadmill I wanted something that I would actually used. That is why I had it placed in my living room.

Well, I can tell you that I have used it every day. I started by walking 10 minutes in the morning and afternoon. I increased the time each day and now walk at least 30 minutes in the afternoon.
I use it while I use the phone, watch TV and many other things. I have more energy and feel so much better.

This treadmill is worth every single penny I paid!

I have told almost everyone at work how great the treadmill is. I just wish I had one there.
I just want to thank the gentleman who told me about this great invention. He was so easy going but really sold me on this.

We have a Treadmill Desk in our admissions office. It is shared by 4 users who – fortunately – are of similar height.

The one in our business office is still waiting for a computer and phone connection .. so is being used more as a way to exercise then work – hopefully that will be resolved soon.

My husband loves the one in our home…

My only suggestion would be to consider a power height adjustment model if you are going to market to places like ours that might have multiple users on the same unit.
I know there would be an increase in $$ but might be a nice option. Once you put a computer on top – it is not so easy to adjust if you are trying to do it a few times a day.

Firstly, let me say that I "ADORE" my treadmill desk and I brag about it constantly. I would like to help you if you still would like input. Let me add that I already eat very well as I'm a Registered Dietitian and vegan. But working at a desk all day and not finding the time to go to the gym lately I had put on some weight. When I thought "I" had a great idea to get a treadmill and rig a desk above it so I could walk and get some exercise while working. I started googling how to make one when I found that Lifespan actually had a complete unit that looked wonderful. I wanted to put it in my office and still have it look attractive.

Let's just say in the first 3 weeks I had lost 10 lbs. As of now, I've lost a total of 20.5 lbs. since December 7th when I got it. I'm now only 5.5 lbs from my goal weight. Pretty amazing because I really haven't changed my diet - I was already eating vegan after all. But burning about an extra 500 calories a day while on the desk, and the residual extra calorie burn from increased muscle mass from not sitting all day has made the weight loss pretty much effortless. I would also add that my husband was a skeptic - and wondered if and how long I would actually use it. He is definitely a believer now!

    My favorite parts:
*Large desk for work notes, computer, beverage, etc.
*Love that it senses and counts your actual steps as you walk, you can step off it briefly and it stops counting because it doesn't sense your steps
*Love that it tells you calories burned, distance, etc.
*Love that the control and readout is right in front of you while you work
    *Very very quiet
*Best part is that you don't even think about it when you use it, then you look down and see how far you walked!

    I absolutely love this thing!

I love the new desk and have incorporated it into my work day. It certainly
has raised a lot of questions from people and many people want access to
    one!
Currently I am probably walking about 1-2 miles a day. This is worth promoting!

  26. It's Great! Review by Zell Lewis

I purchased the Lifespan treadmill workstation as part of a New Year’s resolution to move more. I’m a 25 year corporate travel agent and doing what I love I spend a lot of time in the office.
This has brought a brand new outlook at work. I have more energy and clarity during the day. It’s great! In a month’s time I’ve clocked over 100 miles.
Just this week I placed the unit on a ¾” sheet of composite board to give it a little more stabilization. I have it upstairs in my home office which is carpeted. This way I can clean and lubricate it without worry of the carpet.

I recommend it anyone who’s looking to mix it up while they work.

  27. Goodbye, bad habits. Review by Heidi Worth, M.D.

My husband, Ross Dickstein, and I purchased this treadmill desk for our personal use in our shared medical office. We put it against a big window looking out to the mountains and walk on it between patients, while we read charts or make notes. It is a great way to keep moving through the day--very smooth to walk on and the desk is the right size for a few personal effects and for us to switch lap tops when the other person is in the mood to walk. I am happy to be part of this web-site. As doctors, we have been keeping up on the literature about sedentary office workers and worried that we would be setting a bad example for our own patients as well as allowing our own aging bodies to fall into the same bad habits we preach against.
We are glad to be part of this movement! We really wish more desk-workers would learn about this simple and fun change to their day-to-day routine.

  28. Good medicine! Review by Jonathan Cluett

As an orthopedic surgeon, I see every day the repercussions of a sedentary lifestyle, weight control problems, and lack of physical conditioning. Busy schedules can be to blame, but simply changing the way you manage your day can be the solution. Moving more at work can help manage the imbalance of physical activity and work schedules. I don't sweat more. I can type and read without problems. I am not short of breath on the phone. And most importantly, I have more energy at work.

Yes, I do get chuckles from people who see the desk. The laughs are quickly followed by questions. And the questions are almost always followed by requests to give it a try. My office staff is lining up to use my desk when I am at the hospital!

  29. Changed my life... Review by TitanFlyer

I have been fighting the battle of the bulge my entire adult life, and tried everything with little success. This wasn't because nothing worked, but I just simply gave up as I get bored or I get tied up at work. I have a desk job where I work from home unless on the road. I needed a complete change of thinking, one where I was working out WHILE doing what I had to do. The treadmill desk seemed perfect so I purchased the 1200DT from Lifespan as it seemed like the best setup for the money (not into building something myself). I was right, this thing is solid a rock and works exactly (if not better) than described. I can't comment on support as I haven't needed any, which in my opinion is a comment on its own. Thanks LifeSpan, this has changed the way I work and actually 3 of my friends have purchased them after hearing about it or seeing mine. Well worth the money and the commitment. (Posted on 8/12/12)

Delivery Options

For orders placed on www.LifeSpanFitness.com, shipping and delivery is currently not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other countries. Authorized LifeSpan retailers in your country, if available, can assist you.

Standard Delivery — FREE

LifeSpan Fitness free UPS/USPS and curbside delivery shipping

UPS/USPS Shipments

UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After seven days the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.

Curbside Delivery

Delivered to the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most treadmills weigh over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Threshold Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.

Threshold Delivery — $49

Delivered to the closest dry area (porch, garage or inside the closest door of your home). Since your product is being shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time since this shipping method requires a signature.

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

Room of Choice Delivery — $99

Delivered by a freight carrier with lift gate, two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs only, additional flights will be charged an additional $15 per flight. This is our recommended service option since the assembly process is quite basic for most LifeSpan pieces of fitness equipment.

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

White Glove Service — $199

This service is a two-step process (see exempt items below) that will require two separately scheduled appointments. The complete White Glove Service includes delivery of the product to your home, placement in the room of your choice (up or down two flights of stairs), unpacking and removal of debris and the final step of assembly. The final step of product assembly requires a certified LifeSpan technician to come to your home and assemble the product that was placed in your room of choice by the delivery team.

Exempt Items — Items that only require one step in this process are: TR100/TR200/TR800-DT5/TR1200-DT5/TR5000-DT5/TR800-DT3/TR1200-DT3/TR5000-DT3/TR800-DT7/TR1200-DT7/TR5000-DT7/C3-DT3. These units will be assembled by the delivery team.
