Durability and Superior Performance

The AC motor provides tremendous torque at low speeds and is more responsive to speed adjustments than DC motors. Combined with the 800-pound (363 kg) central mount incline motor, 1" (2.5cm) reversible commercial grade deck and aluminum side rails, the Pro TR5000i treadmill is built to last and supports even the most rigorous workouts.

Comfortable, Spacious Running Surface

The spacious running surface is 20" by 60" (50cm by 150cm) and can accommodate extra-long strides. The coarse textured, 2.8mm thick orthopedic belt and eight compression shocks provide support, cushioning and excellent traction for more serious runners. The result? A more comfortable running surface that puts less stress on your joints.

Intelli-Key

Patent-pending Intelli-Key™ smart lighting system quickly and easily gets your workout started. Each console button flashes in blue in the proper sequence during the set-up process so you can get moving, faster.

Intelli-Guard

The built-in Intelli-Guard™ automatically stops the belt if you step off during your workout for added safety and is a major development in protecting treadmill users and those around them. With the Intelli-Guard™, you no longer have to worry about leaving your treadmill running if you have to step off to take a call. When your foot no longer continuously strikes the belt surface for 20 seconds, your treadmill will automatically pause.

Intelli-Step

Intelli-Step™ counts and records the number of steps you take and displays them on the console. More accurate than a pedometer, Intelli-Step automatically detects the impact of your foot striking the treadmill belt. Exercise Programs with Large Buttons

Designed by exercise physiologists for optimal safety and effectiveness, our 17 preset workout programs can help you achieve your goal, whether it be weight loss, general health improvement or sports training. The TR5000i also offers two MyZone heart rate control programs and two customizable programs. With the MyZone constant program, you keep your heart rate at a constant level throughout your workout while the MyZone Interval program allows you to enter your own minimum and maximum heart rate. The treadmill automatically adjusts incline and speed to keep you on target.

The soft-touch, oversized silicone buttons make set-up a breeze and are ideal for making changes to your program while you are moving. You don’t have to struggle to hit the correct button.

We have had this treadmill for about a month and have been very pleased so far. It is very sturdy and quiet, even when running at high speeds. The controls are easy to use and the programs are great when you have specific training in mind for the day (intervals, etc.). We would recommend this treadmill if you are looking for something you can really run on that is of great quality and a reasonable price. Great customer service, too! (Posted on 8/20/12)

I got my treadmill a little over a week ago. The Shipping was really quick. The delivery guy was very nice and even offered to bring it inside my place even though I paid for curb side only. He said it was too hot to be dealing with a heavy item like this. Great serive there! Once inside I moved the box back to my room and started assembling it with a friend. Only took a hour roughly and was super easy. Fired it up right away and had no problems. Used it for a quick 10 minutes to test it out and everything was great. Since then I logged many miles on it and its sturdy and reacts quick to my adjustments in speed and incline. Customer Service was great as well! I definitely would buy this again and recommend it to my friends and family! (Posted on 8/17/12)

I have only had treadmill for 2 weeks. Researched online for several weeks prior to ordering. I ended up spending more than i wanted to, hoping that it will last a long time. Great experience dealing directly with saleperson (Brant). He answered all questions provided his ext. Shipped/rec'd extremely quick (rec'd approx 1 week). Treadmill is heavy (wish i would have had delivered to room vs garage). Assembly was not terrible (had a screw hole on the handle that did not line up) took approx 45min-1hr. total. i have only been running in manual mode (no issues, ample power). it shakes a little however i am not small (6', 220lbs). Owners manual/instructions could be better... (Posted on 8/17/12)

Upload with a USB Flash Drive LifeSpan Fitness Club USB upload

Your LifeSpan Fitness Club account includes a free software program that synchronizes your account with your equipment. The first time you use this program it loads your first name, age and weight from your account onto the USB drive. When you insert the USB drive into your treadmill or bike, the console reads this information so we can more accurately calculate calories burned. Then as you exercise, each 20 seconds we save your results onto the USB drive. You can then load the results into your account each day, once a week or whenever you choose using the same program.

Standard Delivery — FREE

LifeSpan Fitness free UPS/USPS and curbside delivery shipping

UPS/USPS Shipments

UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After seven days the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.

Curbside Delivery

Delivered to the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most treadmills weigh over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Threshold Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.

Threshold Delivery — $49

Delivered to the closest dry area (porch, garage or inside the closest door of your home). Since your product is being shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time since this shipping method requires a signature.

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

Room of Choice Delivery — $99

Delivered by a freight carrier with lift gate, two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs only, additional flights will be charged an additional $15 per flight. This is our recommended service option since the assembly process is quite basic for most LifeSpan pieces of fitness equipment.

Most products are delivered within ten days of your purchase.

White Glove Service — $199

This service is a two-step process (see exempt items below) that will require two separately scheduled appointments. The complete White Glove Service includes delivery of the product to your home, placement in the room of your choice (up or down two flights of stairs), unpacking and removal of debris and the final step of assembly. The final step of product assembly requires a certified LifeSpan technician to come to your home and assemble the product that was placed in your room of choice by the delivery team.

Exempt Items — Items that only require one step in this process are: TR100/TR200/TR800-DT5/TR1200-DT5/TR5000-DT5/TR800-DT3/TR1200-DT3/TR5000-DT3/TR800-DT7/TR1200-DT7/TR5000-DT7/C3-DT3. These units will be assembled by the delivery team.
