With a LifeSpan Product
Most LifeSpan products come with either a Lifetime or 4 Month Trial Membership. Each membership includes a Getting Started Guide and LifeSpan Fitness Club Success Guide. Here you will find a Membership number and instructions on getting started, plus details on using your account successfully. To set up your account simply click "enroll now" and enter your enrollment number.
