Step 1: Establish a Starting Point:
Understanding where you are today is the first step in moving forward. Your health metrics are indicators of your overall health and can help the LifeSpan Fitness Club identify health risks and will measure progress against your baseline health metrics.
Step 2: Set Your Goals
Goal setting is a proven technique to improve your results. The LifeSpan Fitness Club helps you set realistic and actionable goals. As you log exercise and update health metrics your account will automatically show the progress against your goals. Set goals for long, medium and short term goals.
Step 3: Build a Workout Calendar
It’s time to create a workout calendar. This calendar, based on your exercise preferences and fitness level, will give you daily exercise programs and if needed includes full descriptions and instructional video so ensure that you are properly following each workout.
Step 4: Log Your Results
Entering results is fast, simple and leads to long term commitment and success. You can automatically log using a USB drive supported in various LifeSpan products, use the LifeSpan USB pedometer or manually log exercise including cardio, strength, flexibility and balance.
Step 5: Review Your Progress
Your account includes reports to analyze your exercise results, compare results against previous performance and your exercise goals, and monitor changes in your health metrics.
