How to Enroll
Once you have received your enrollment ID number, located in your Getting Started Guide, you are able to enroll in the LifeSpan Fitness Club. Once you have read the following insructions, click on the enroll now button at the bottom of the page to get started.
1. Enter your enrollment ID number as provided in your Getting Started Guide.
Example ID number: L10Z1K21147V5509
2. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click continue.
3. Fill out the enrollment form. Make sure to provide a valid email address because you will be emailed a temporary password.
