Program Variety

Weight Management — The Weight Loss program varies the resistance at the lower levels, which is designed to help keep your heart rate within the recommended range for losing weight. |

Interval Training — Interval training helps you improve your cardiovascular fitness or enhance your sports performance. The resistance levels change from low to high in a repeated pattern giving you a short period of intense exercise followed by a segment to recuperate. |

Random Program — The Random program changes the amount of effort required by randomly changing the resistance during the course of the program. |
