Decline This exclusive advanced program lets you walk downhill at different gradients over the course of the program. Walking downhill eases knee and joint pain, can help lower blood sugar and is an excellent way to begin exercising. |

Step Count LifeSpan's Intelli-Step™ technology is the basis for this advanced program which can help you increase the number of steps you take each day or participate in a popular step counting program. Just select the number of steps you want to walk or jog and the console screen will display the number of steps you've taken until you reach your goal. |

Distance The distance program makes it easy to train for an upcoming event such as a 5K or 10K race. Simply enter the distance you want to go, then walk or jog until you reach your goal. |

My Zone Program Two My Zone™ heart rate control programs let you keep your heart rate at the levels you need to exercise safely and achieve your cardiovascular fitness goals. The My Zone™ Constant program keeps your heart rate at a constant level, while the My Zone™ Interval program lets you choose your own minimum and maximum heart rate. As you exercise, the incline automatically adjusts to keep your heart rate at the desired level or within the range you entered. |
