Program Variety
Varying your workouts is important to achieving optimal health. Workout programs including Weight Management and Heart Health are developed by an Exercise Physiologist.

Incline Programs — Choose from one of the six different incline programs, then select your intensity level. The treadmill deck automatically raises and lowers during your workout according to the program you select. |

Speed Programs — Choose from one of five different speed programs, then select from one of three different intensity levels. The treadmill belt automatically goes faster and slower during your workout according to the program you select. |

Customized User Programs — Create your own workout program. If you have your own exercise regiment you can create up to two customized programs to use repeatedly. |

My Zone Program — The My Zone heart rate control program monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts the speed and incline to keep your heart rate at the same level throughout the workout. |
