We are looking for a qualified Customer Success Representative to join our team. You will provide pre and post-sales support to customers via phone, email and live chat. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. This position requires someone who is team-oriented, has great people skills and seeks to build and maintain good customer relationships.


  • Answer product questions and place orders over the phone
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, order statuses and relevant problems
  • Monitor live chat, phone calls and emails to ensure customers are taken care of to the best of your ability
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Review products to ensure proper knowledge
  • Assist with projects when necessary


  • Hands on experience with Netsuite systems
  • Proficiency with Google Suite such as gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • In-depth understanding of troubleshooting and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Proficient knowledge about computer usage and shortcuts
  • Experience as a customer service representative or sales representative is helpful, but not required
