We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional with proven success in developing and managing online promotional programs. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce professional with proven success in developing and managing online promotional programs. The right person will need to work effectively within a relatively small marketing department, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be fiercely competitive to help us to successfully deliver results.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and execute against our Advertising Strategy optimizing online sales and leads while executing within our budget
  • Maintain online pricing and promotional plans to optimize sales while maintaining our budgeted margin
  • Coordinate online promotion plans and execution
  • Optimize web site conversions through designs, testing and improvement
  • Optimize web site traffic including paid, referred and organic
  • Maintain a planning calendar for all online promotions and promote its use companywide
  • Establish and maintain strategies to maximize shopping cart size
  • Develop and implement plans for retargeting online customers
  • Develop website promotional campaigns, coordinate the design of supporting signage and other deliverables
  • Strategize activation with future, current and past customers through targeted social media initiatives on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube etc.
  • Partner with external groups to develop product promotions and events in support of meeting sales forecasts
  • Work with review groups to ensure LifeSpan support and accuracy of product content
  • Work with Product Development to understand opportunities for customer engagement and retention
  • Establish methods to generate customer reviews and post purchase customer engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement plans to launch new products
  • Manage the online budget for SEM and other product promotion

  • Ability to set direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously – multitasking is mandatory
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Expert knowledge of e-commerce best practices
  • Ability to manage a team as well as work independently
  • Must be self-motivated and driven


Education/Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in Marketing or Advertising
  • Experience understanding online consumer behavior and traffic generating techniques
  • Experience of NetSuite is a plus
