The right person will need to work effectively within a relatively small marketing department, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be fiercely competitive to help us to successfully deliver results.

We are looking for a mid level Sales Manager who is motivated and is passionate about the fitness & health industry. The right person will be excited to spearhead sales initiatives, foster professional relationships with customers, and be fiercely competitive to help us with our 2021 sales goals.


  • Drive sales through outreach and initiatives
  • Track sales goals and report results
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and GSuite
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, a plus
  • Ability to develop professional business relationships
  • Highly motivated and results driven
