Upload with a USB Flash DriveLifeSpan Fitness Club USB upload

Your LifeSpan Fitness Club account includes a free software program that synchronizes your account with your equipment. The first time you use this program it loads your first name, age and weight from your account onto the USB drive. When you insert the USB drive into your treadmill or bike, the console reads this information so we can more accurately calculate calories burned. Then as you exercise, each 20 seconds we save your results onto the USB drive. You can then load the results into your account each day, once a week or whenever you choose using the same program.

  1. Excellent unit Review by Dee

This is the best pedometer I have ever owned: I found it easy to set up and much more accurate than any I've owned before. the belt clip is much more secure the usual small clips found on other pedometers (all of which I've lost sooner or later when they fell off my belt), and the ability to just carry it in your pocket instead is also a great feature. It is very motivating to see how many (or few) steps you've walked, so helps me get in more exercise. I have not used the computer upload feature, as I refuse to spend the extra money for this - and will admit that is my only disappointment with the unit, as I did not expect to have to pay an extra fee to use this feature when I initially purchased the unit (took one point off the rating due to that). But I still think this is an excellent unit, and have purchased other units as gifts since getting my own: the people I've given them to like them just as much as I do, and I'm back to Amazon to buy yet another one for a gift. I strongly recommend this if you are looking for a pedometer: it is worth every penny of the purchase price! (Posted on 1/25/14)

  2. I like it Review by Ashley

I use it from morning till early afternoon usually, then take it off. There have been a few days that it has been working all day and the only problem I have had is that sometimes it does disconnect from my pocket. Also, if I wear a heavy jacket over it sometimes it doesn't register the steps.
I have only used freebee pedometers before and they didn't have many options. I really like this one (Posted on 7/18/13)

  3. Bought for my wife as gift (Posted on Jan. 21, 2013) Review by Michiglenn

She said it works very well and deserves 5 stars. It seemed like the best in a reasonable price range.

  4. This is good. (Posted on June 30, 2013) Review by Dennis G.

This is a simple device that does exactly what it says it will do. If you walk for exercise, you can monitor a number of things. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  5. Easy to set up (Posted on July 12, 2013) Review by J. Jackson

I appreciated the easy set up of this unit and also the usb port and heavy duty holder with a clip that doesn't easily pull off when I am hiking. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  6. Very Accurate (Posted on July 14, 2013) Review by L. N. Scott "Laney"

I ordered this product, based on reviews that it was a very accurate pedometer, which I think it is. The first activity monitor I used was the Weight Watchers Activelink Activity Monitor, since at the time I had an online Weight Watchers account. However, I decided to cancel my WW memebership, which meant I could no longer use my Activelink monitor. But I had gotten pretty used to being able to monitor my activity level on a daily basis, which had helped me control my weight, so I decided to order this. I did find it to be very accurate--it picked up on every step and seemed to be very consistent. The only negative thing I would have to say is that, as a girl who likes to wear dresses, it sometimes became difficult to find a discreet place to clip the monitor. And, eventually my clip broke, so it became even more of a challenge for me to find a place to put it. And yesterday, I wore it in the pool, thinking it was waterproof (so, FYI, apparently it's not), and now it doesn't work at all. So overall, I have been happy with the product, based on accuracy, but I have decided a wrist band would be more convenient, so I ordered the Jawbone Up. I think it just depends on preference and whatever is most convenient for each individual. And one more note: it is a pedometer, so it only tracks steps, not overall activity. So it is not going to pick up well on activities like doing dishes, laundry, cooking, etc. That is one thing I liked better about the WW monitor, and something I think I am going to like about the Up bracelet. 7. Works well (Posted on April 30, 2013) Review by M. Konopka "kanop44"

This is the 4th step tracker I have purchased and by far the best. It helps keep my fitness goals and weight loss going. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  8. Efficient and convenient (Posted on May 3, 2013) Review by Renata R.

Good device and fairly simple to use.
It is a bit interesting to try and reset it for daily use. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  9. Lifespan tracker (Posted on March 29, 2013) Review by Elizabeth M.

After going through many pedometers this one has been by far the best and most accurate. Did not sign up for the computer monitoring which tracks your progress, just wanted a pedometer that kept me on track for my steps. This also tells you have far you have walked, calories burned and has a clock too. Easy to set up you cannot reset it by accident like some others. Just a brilliant pedometer and worth the money. 10. Excellent way to track your activity! (Posted on May 6, 2013) Review by Sl Judge "gatormomz"

I'll be totally honest, I wanted a Fitbit, but didn't want to spend the money for one. I loved the idea of uploading my steps each day to see how close I had come to my goal. I have owned the LifeSpan MyStride Activity Tracker only for a few days.

Day one: The first day was to set it up. It is not as difficult as some reviewers are making it sound. Read the directions and you will be fine! I was ready to go within minutes. Be sure you measure your stride. I did it using the directions in the booklet.

Day two: The big test. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts. I was curious to see just how much walking I did during my day. I measured my steps throughout the day and was pleased to find that my new nifty gadget was accurate! I came home and uploaded the information!

Day three: Another 12 hour day at work! Here is the amazing part. At the end of my twelve hour day, I had come within 19 steps of the previous days results! How amazing and accurate is that? I uploaded my information and was pleased that I had walked over 4 miles on each of my two days at work.

For my purpose, this does the trick! I don't see the reason that I would need to spend more money just to motivate myself. I found it incredibly accurate, almost to a point where it was scary.

The only problem I had was that I almost forgot to take it out of my scrub pants pocket before they headed into the wash! If that is my biggest problem with the unit, then this certainly deserves a 5 star review! (Posted on 7/18/13)

  11. I wear it every day (Posted on Feb. 25, 2013) Review by raptar

It works perfect for me. I wanted to monitor and increase my daily activity. It is simple to use and fulfills my expectations. I don't use the USB part though so I cannot speak for that. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  12. Great product for the price! (Posted on Feb. 19, 2013) Review by Jennifer

I loved this so much, I ordered one for my mom too. It is super easy to set up. It fits easily in your pocket or comes with a clip for your belt so there is no excuse not to carry it! It is accurate and the USB makes it very easy to track results. I would HIGHLY recommend this! (Posted on 7/18/13)

  13. LOVE IT (Posted on March 8, 2013) Review by G. D Palmer

I have hit my goal every day. Love that it keeps me accountable. Great product. Very easy to use. Love that it is computer compatible (Posted on 7/18/13)

  14. Pedometer review (Posted on March 4, 2013) Review by Charlotte C.

Better than any pedometer I have tried in the past. Secure. The others would fall off at some point in the day. A bit hard to program for the first set up but nothing that we couldn't deal with. Seems to be extraordinally acurate. I have clocked mileage with the car and it always comes out the same. The only down side is that when we bicycle or when I use the stationery bike it doesn't record any steps. All in all, I would purchase again as it has accomplished what I set out to do which is to increase my steps. When I started, I was logging between 600 & 900 (can you say couch potato?) steps a day. Although I am not up to 10,000 (my goal) I am routinely doing between 5,000 & 7,000 steps a day and that is in about 8 weeks. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  15. Works Great- Easy to Use (Posted on March 19, 2013) Review by E. t ward jr

Love the unit and it is very easy to set up. I use it all the time. One item I was disappointed with was the $49.00/year membership fee if I wanted to track my results via computer. I bought it based on the USB capability to see my progress, etc. I was not aware of the additional fee. Currently just use the unit and do not track results via USB. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  16. Great little device (Posted on June 5, 2012) Review by JD McNeal

Really like this for a couple of reasons:

#1 - The USB feature really makes it simple to upload my info
#2 - I can put it in my pocket instead of having to clip to belt or shoe
    #3 - Very accurate
#4 - The online club is great for logging steps

Well worth the money. (Posted on 7/18/13)

  17. Helps me get my steps in each day (Posted on June 7, 2012) Review by Steve K.

I have found this product to really help me in getting my 10k steps per day in. It is motivating to watch the steps increase and the feeling at the end of the day when you succeeded in your goal. It was very easy to program and the owners manual was straight forward. I do use the USB everyday to upload my steps but it does have memory too to store days of walking. The little case/holder is nice as it is on a springed hinge so when you lift the pedometer up it is easy to read instead of having to take off your belt. Very accurate and love that you can also put it in a pocket and be just as accurate. Would strongly recommend if you are looking to track your steps or add more activity into your day. 18. Never walk without it Review by Colin

I purchased my pedometer about 2 months ago and I never looked back. I had never worn a pedometer before but after reading all of the studies on inactivity I told myself that I needed to stay active during the day and what better way to track yourself. It's suggested to walk 10000 steps per day and with a sedentary lifestyle I found that I was only walking about 2000 steps daily! Now I always know where I am on my step count (whether I need to get moving or not!). Once I incorporated the treadmill desk into my workplace I easily hit 12000 steps daily and am usually ranked in the top 10 in daily steps (nationally) on the LifeSpan Fintess Club. This little device also tracks my daily Calorie count! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to become a little more health conscious. (Posted on 8/14/12)

  19. I like it Review by Clem

I am loving this little pedometer. I have been using it for about a week now and I am surprised at the accuracy, it even counted when I just hooked it to a lanyard and wore it around my neck, I paced off 300 steps to check and the numbers were within a few steps. I haven't used the USB to log the results yet, that's next, but so far so good.. (Posted on 8/13/12)

Shipping & Delivery Options

LifeSpan wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. We do our best to provide you with delivery options that will best suit your needs. All delivery options are listed below with a brief description for each.

We feel the best value for your money is our Room of Choice Delivery. We make our products easy to assemble even easier to get started, but because they are heavy we recommend having them delivery to the room of your choice.

If you are wanting to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada OR if you have any other questions on the options below, please give us a call at 801.973.9993 x 128 and a representative will be happy to assist you.

All products generally ship within one to two business days and will be delivered in five to ten business days.

Available Options:

Standard Delivery

UPS/USPS Shipments: UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After seven days the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.

Curbside Delivery: Delivered to the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most equipment weighs over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Inside Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.

Inside Delivery - $49

Large items ship via motor freight and will be placed in the garage or the first available ground level door. This does not include room of choice or any steps. Since your product is being shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time since this shipping method requires a signature.

Room of Choice - $99

Delivered by a freight carrier with lift gate, two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up/down two flights of stairs only, additional flights will be charged an additional $15 per flight. This is our recommended service option since the assembly process is quite basic for most LifeSpan pieces of equipment.

White Glove Service - $199

This is our highest quality shipping service, leaving all the work to us so you don't need to lift a finger. The complete White Glove Service includes:

  • Delivery of the product to your home
  • Placement in the room of your choice (up/down two flights of stairs)
  • Unpacking and removal of debris
  • Assembly

This service is sometimes a two-step process that may require two separately scheduled appointments.

  1. Delivery and removal of packaging
  2. Product assembly may require a certified LifeSpan technician to come to your home and assemble the product that was placed in your room of choice by the delivery team.

Depending on the product you purchase, it may take one or two separately scheduled appointments. Items that only require one-step in this process are the TR200 Treadmill and all Treadmill Desks and Bike Desks (ConfigureDesks will be a two-step process). These units will be assembled by the delivery team.
