LifeSpan guarantees full satisfaction of the products we sell. If you purchased a product from a retailer or from another website, please contact the retailer or site for instructions about returns. For products purchased directly from this site, contact LifeSpan by emailing email@example.com for proper written authorization/approval prior to returning the item. To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must contact LifeSpan in writing within 30 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Items must be returned in good condition within ten business days of receiving written authorization from LifeSpan.
We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns outside of the original packaging.
Return pick-ups are scheduled during normal business hours only. LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment within five business days of receiving the product into our warehouse. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Delivery and installation fees will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a full refund or partial refund, you must contact PCE in writing, at firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from PCE. Items must be returned, unused in any form, in working condition and in the original, unopened packaging.
Parts returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Parts returned after 30 days will be eligible for a full refund with a 20% restocking fee. Parts returned after 90 days will not be eligible for a refund.
The customer must pay all return shipping costs, and will be responsible for all damage due to improperly packaged items.
PCE is able to set up a return pick up through UPS. This can only be scheduled during business hours. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
PCE will credit your purchase using the original form of payment within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
