As an online personal trainer I find myself sitting far more than I am walking. As my client base grew so did the hours I sat at my desk... I knew that I needed to find a way that I could efficiently burn Calories so I was not interrupting time with my family and still able to respond to clients in a timely manner. I stumbled across lifespan treadmill desks and read numerous reviews. They seemed to be a good fit and I finally pulled the trigger. Im now averaging 25,000 steps daily, eating more food AND I am no longer need to do additional cardio in the gym. I recommend this desk to anyone. And for anyone who is on the fence about this: Look up:

This desk is a game changer for anyone who has a desk job.

Increased my daily steps by a third
I was surprised that walking a mile or two while working would tire me as much as it does (1.5 mph). I'm sure my endurance will build over time. The desk is super sturdy and solid. The treadmill is working perfectly. Assembly was not too difficult (I did have a helper). Great to be off my a** and moving more during my work day.

My career allows me to work 100% from home. I am required to stay at a desk/computer most of my work day. I can perform most all of my normal work activities while walking or standing on at my treadmill desk. Typing is easy while walking, though handwriting notes takes practice and perhaps requires a slower pace. Extremely pleased with the treadmill base and automatic adjusting desk, so much that I use this desk every day for work... I adjust the height daily and will sit on a stool if working on something that requires me to be still. The treadmill is extremely quiet. Much better than the low end traditional treadmills I have walked on in the past. I suffer from low back pain. This treadmill desk helps me better manage that pain and achieve my daily step goal… I consider this an investment in my overall health and I cannot say enough good things about this purchase. I have no regrets, it’s worth every penny.
