Delivery Options

LifeSpan wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. We do our best to provide you with delivery options that will best suit your needs. All delivery options are listed below with a brief description for each. Due to the size of treadmills, treadmill desks, and other large items, specific methods of transportation are used to ensure that your product arrives in good condition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE If you require an upgraded delivery service, and it was not selected at the time of checkout, we must be notified of this requirement before the order leaves our warehouse. Once the order has shipped, we will be unable to change the selected delivery service.

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and are interested in purchasing LifeSpan products, email supports@lifespanfitness.com for more information.

Ground and Curbside Delivery (Including Accessories)

Smaller items and accessories may ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS using standard delivery procedures.

  • Delivery attempts: If no one is available at the time of delivery, the driver may choose to leave the package, depending on location and weather conditions.
  • If the driver believes the package may be stolen or damaged, they may leave a delivery attempt notice instead.
  • Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts.
  • After repeated failed attempts, the shipment may be held at the local facility for pickup. If it is not picked up in time, it may be considered undeliverable and returned to the shipper.
