LifeSpan wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered in an additional 5 to 10 business days. Due to the size of treadmills, treadmill desks, and other large items, specific methods of transportation are used to ensure that your product arrives in good condition. Expedited shipping options are not available.
We currently do not offer free shipping to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. All orders excluding accessories will have to have a delivery appointment scheduled with the carrier in order to be delivered. For delivery appointment scheduling, depending on the carrier, you will either be contacted a few days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window or you can call the carrier to schedule an appointment once your order arrives at the destination terminal in your City. Delivery is performed Monday through Friday. If you receive a damaged item, it is up to your discretion whether to refuse delivery or to accept it. Please note any damage on the bill of lading.
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund if they are canceled before the order ships. For cancellation requests after an order has shipped, whether the order has been received by the customer or not, a return authorization will need to be issued. All terms and conditions for our return policy will apply, including the customer being responsible for a $250-$350 shipping cost back to LifeSpan.

Fitness & Workplace Products
You must contact LifeSpan in writing within 30 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item.
All returns must be returned in new, working conditions to receive a refund, and items must be returned in original packaging with original pallet to avoid any possible delay.
If the order you wish to return consists of free product(s) from the promotion, you are responsible to ship them back as well. Otherwise LifeSpan has the right to deduct the price out of your RMA refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges of $250-$350 back to LifeSpan.
Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. Upon examination, if your return is missing parts when it is received, you may be charged an extra restocking fee. Any upgraded services performed such as White Glove Delivery and Room of Choice, if applicable, will not be refunded. LifeSpan reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund. LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan.
Returning a Part if it is Defective or the Wrong Part
To return a part, contact LifeSpan at email@example.com. Parts may only be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Some parts, such as running belts, drive belts, or decks, cannot be returned, due to possible physical contamination during installation.
The customer must pay all return shipping costs and will be responsible for all damage due to improperly packaged items.
LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan. Items must be returned, unused in any form, in working condition and in the original, unopened packaging.
Returning a Product if it Does Not Fit:
Before making a purchase, we want to assure you that it fits really well in your home, so we have placed all dimensions and specifications on our product pages.
To avoid shipping and handling charges when you want to return an item, please double check your space and your stair/passageway as well to make sure your machine can be safely delivered and fit your home.
Being a small business, we try to retain benefits and value to our customers so they are not overpaying for what they are getting. With the increase in logistic costs, we must enforce these charges when a product is returned due to not fitting in your home.
Please note, when a perfectly good product is returned, we are unable to resell that product and are out thousands of dollars.
We understand things happen, but before making that big purchase and commitment, please double check your space. When you commit, we are committed to providing you the best equipment on the market.
If you choose to return a product after finding out it doesn’t fit in your home please note that you will be charged 20% of the product cost and all freight charges.
Freight costs are calculated depending on where you live and will range anywhere from $600 to $1,000.

To return an accessory, you must contact LifeSpan at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your purchased item and have the original shipment packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once LifeSpan issues you a return authorization number (RMA#) please write this on the outside of the packaging and provide the return tracking number to us.
LifeSpan will credit your purchase once we receive the returned merchandise back to our warehouse. From that date please allow at least 10 business days to see that refund back into your account that was used at the time of purchase.
TR800 Promotion (2/1/2022- 3/31/2022)
Customers are not able to return or be refunded for the TR800-GlowUp. When a customer upgrades during checkout using TR800 to receive 50% off MSRP on an additional workplace machine and later wants to return that product, they are responsible for shipping and handling.
TR800 Promotion (90 Days After Purchase. Last purchase to qualify is 3/31/2022)
Customers are not able to return or be refunded for the TR800-GlowUp. When a customer upgrades before or on the 90th day after purchasing the TR800-GlowUp and receives 50% off MSRP on another workplace machine and later wants to return that product, they are responsible for shipping and handling.

Warranty coverage is specific to each product. You need to register your product within 60 days of delivery for warranty coverage. Register your product here. Although some of our retailers may offer extended warranties, LifeSpan does not directly support any warranty purchased through a retailer or online at websites other than www.lifespanfitness.com. Warranties are limited to North America.
LifeSpan product warranties apply only to the original owner and are non-transferable. LifeSpan’s warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, motor, electronic component or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. For customers not located within 50 miles of a LifeSpan Authorized Service provider, LifeSpan will gladly pay up to $150.00 maximum towards a service call.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for the treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, stretching machine, treadmill desk, or bike desk. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, or neglect. LifeSpan's responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing at LifeSpan’s option. Review the owner's manual for specific warranty information about each product.
