Shipping

LifeSpan strives for the safe and prompt delivery of our products. In-stock items typically ship within 1-5 days and are generally delivered within 7 to 10 days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on our shipping partners' schedules and other factors such as weather, delivery location, and holidays. Some orders may take up to 11 to 21 days for delivery. Large items like treadmills are transported using specific methods to ensure they arrive in good condition. Due to our commitment to order safety, expedited shipping options are not available.

We currently do not offer free shipping to some locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. If you would like to order from these locations please contact our sales department at (801)-973-9993 to get a shipping estimate. All orders excluding accessories will have to have a delivery appointment scheduled with the carrier in order to be delivered. For delivery appointment scheduling, depending on the carrier, you will either be contacted a few days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window or you can call the carrier to schedule an appointment once your order arrives at the destination terminal in your City. Delivery is performed Monday through Friday.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, it is up to your discretion whether to refuse delivery or to accept it. Please note any damage on the bill of lading.

Cancellation Policy

Canceled orders will receive a full refund if they are canceled before the order ships. For any cancellation requests after an order has shipped whether the order has been received by the customer or not, or if the order is refused, a return authorization will need to be issued. All terms and conditions for our return policy will apply, including the customer being responsible for the 20% restocking fee and $350 shipping cost back to LifeSpan.

Changed your mind and want to return an item?

To start your return, please email us at support@lifespanfitness.com. We're happy to accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
  • In its original packaging

Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. Upon examination, if your return is missing parts when it is received, you may be charged an extra restocking fee. LifeSpan reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund. LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan.

Note: Any complimentary items associated with the order being returned must also be returned, or the price of the item will be deducted from the refund.

These are a few items that cannot be returned:

  • Close Out Items
  • Gift Cards

Return Shipping Fee

Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

Delivery service upgrades (assembly, room of choice)

For Accessories, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Within the US

The customer is responsible for the return charges of $350 back to LifeSpan, and a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total cost of the order you wish to return.

Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and restocking fee and they will be deducted from your refund.

Canada Orders

Any returns due to cancellation after the order has already been shipped out will be charged a 30% processing fee, a $350 shipping fee, and a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total cost of the order you wish to return.

Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timing

We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s) at our SLC warehouse. Generally, refunds take 5-7 business days but may take up to 2 weeks.

Returning if a Product Does Not Fit

Before making a purchase, we want to assure you that it fits really well in your home, so we have placed all dimensions and specifications which can be found at the bottom of our product pages.

To avoid shipping and handling charges when you want to return an item, please double check your space and your stair/passageway as well to make sure your machine can be safely delivered and fit your home.

Being a small business, we try to retain benefits and value to our customers so they are not overpaying for what they are getting. With the increase in logistic costs, we must enforce these charges when a product is returned due to not fitting in your home.

Please note, when a perfectly good product is returned, we are unable to resell that product and are out thousands of dollars.

We understand things happen, but before making that big purchase and commitment, please double check your space. When you commit, we are committed to providing you the best equipment on the market.

If you choose to return a product after finding out it doesn’t fit in your home please note that you will be charged 20% of the product cost and all freight charges.

Freight costs are calculated depending on where you live and will range anywhere from $600 to $1,000.

We are sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause and appreciate your cooperation to help us bring more fitness products to enrich people’s wellness.

Returning a Part if it the Wrong Part

To return a part, contact us at service@lifespanfitness.com. Parts may only be returned within 30 days for a full refund if purchased outside of warranty. Some parts, such as running belts, drive belts, or decks, cannot be returned, due to possible physical contamination during installation.

The customer must pay all return shipping costs and will be responsible for all damage due to improperly packaged items.

LifeSpan will credit your purchase using the original form of payment or by check within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from LifeSpan. Items must be returned, unused in any form, in working condition and in the original, unopened packaging.

Pre-Orders:

Our pre-order process is designed to allow customers to secure their desired product, ensuring they don’t miss out on the latest purchasing opportunity. Purchasing pre-order items also ensures customers receive the best possible deal before it becomes available again while getting benefits of the particular promotion that’s running at the time.

This process aims to provide accurate shipping expectations for all items. However, it’s important to note the potential impact of unforeseen challenges in the supply chain on delivery timeline.

By placing a pre-order with LifeSpan, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays and associated risks beyond our control. We are committed to overcoming these challenges to ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is only valid on the days of the promotion. We will not price match Free Shipping after a promotion.

Coupons

Coupons are not eligible on products that are paired with a FREE item. Some examples include:

  • TR4000i paired with C5i
  • TR1200-Power paired with Yoga Ball
  • TR1200-Classic paired with Aero Balance Board
  • C3-Power paired with Charging Station

If you have purchased an item that is eligible for a valid coupon code, you have 5 days after you have purchased to contact our customer service team to apply for the coupon.

If your order has already been delivered, it will not qualify for any coupon adjustments.

Closeout and OpenBox Items

Coupons are not eligible on Open Box items.

Price Adjustments

LifeSpan Fitness will honor price adjustment request from our website only within 5 days of purchase date. This does not include Free Shipping Promotions.

We do not price match Amazon, Walmart, or other sellers.

Note: If an order has already been delivered, it will not be eligible for any price adjustments.

12 Days of Christmas

During the 12 Days of LifeSpan event between the dates of Decemeber 1st and December 12th, customers who had purchased that item in November ONLY are eligible for a price match. Customers may reach out to LifeSpan Customer service team on the day of the sale to receive a price match.

Note: These price matches must be done on the day of the sale.

Manufacturer's Warranty

LifeSpan Fitness extends the Limited Warranty, which applies to only non-commercial, in home, indoor use of the new or open-box LifeSpan Fitness equipment. Any other use of the products shall void this Limited Warranty.

If you purchased a product from a retailer or another website, please contact the retailer or site for instructions about warranty claims. Please note: Amazon orders shipped and sold by LifeSpan Fitness please contact us directly.

You must register your product within 60 days of delivery for warranty coverage. Register your product here. LifeSpan Fitness will not honor warranties for un-registered products or any products that failed to register within 60 days of purchase.

Although some of our retailers may offer extended warranties, LifeSpan Fitness does not directly support any warranty purchased through a retailer or online at websites other than www.lifespanfitness.com.

Labor: 1 Year

Warranties are limited to North America.

If your needed part(s) are out of stock while your warranty is valid, please make your claim before the warranty is invalid even if we do not have your current part(s). LifeSpan Fitness will honor all warranty claims when a claim is made with a valid warranty.

LifeSpan Fitness product warranties are non transferable and only apply to the original owner. LifeSpan Fitness’s warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, motor, electronic component or defective part, and is the sole remedy of the warranty.

Once a replacement unit was issued to the customer, all the features of the warranty for the original fitness equipment such as the 1 year labor warranty, 2 year parts warranty and 10 year frame warranty will be considered fulfilled by LifeSpan, henceforth any repair, labor and material expenses that may be incurred during the course of ownership of the replacement equipment must be shouldered by the customer.

All repairs for which the warranty claims are made must be pre-authorized by LifeSpan Fitness.

If replacement parts are shipped while the product is under warranty, the customer will be responsible for a minimal labor charge.

This warranty does not extend to freight damage to the product. This warranty will automatically be voided by the following condition: (1) if the product is used as a store display model, (2) if the product is purchased or transported outside North America, (3) if all instructions and warnings in the manual are not followed, (4) if a customer opts out of an authorized service provider, and hires or installs parts themselves, (5) if the product is abused or improperly or abnormally used, or (6) if the product is used for commercial or rental purposes. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by LifeSpan Fitness.

The warranty does not apply to damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation, or repair (other than in each case that is caused by a LifeSpan Fitness authorized service technician), use of the Product with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories, not originally intended for or compatible with the Product, or any use contrary to the instructions in the Products Owner’s Manual.

The warranty does not apply to Incidental or consequential damages; or economic loss, loss of property of profits, or loss of enjoyment or use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeSpan Fitness is not responsible or liable for indirect, special incidental or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of property or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or other consequential damages or any nature whatsoever in connection with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance or equipment or parts, and LifeSpan Fitness will not provide monetary or other compensation for any repairs or replacement part costs, including but not limited to gym member fees, work time lost, cost of substitute equipment diagnostic visits, maintenance visits or transportation.

Any attempt to repair equipment creates a risk of injury and property damage. LifeSpan Fitness is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury incurred during, or as a result of, any move, repair, or attempted repair of equipment by anyone other than a LifeSpan Fitness authorized service technician. All moves or repairs attempted by you or your agents are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK. LifeSpan Fitness is not responsible or liable for any injury to persons or property arising from such attempted moves or repairs. Any repairs attempted by you or someone else other than an authorized LifeSpan Fitness technician, scheduled by LifeSpan Fitness will void the warranty.
