LifeSpan wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. We do our best to provide you with delivery options that will best suit your needs. All delivery options are listed below with a brief description for each.

Orders ship within 48 hours from our US warehouses. Certain items can be fulfilled faster, to see available shipping options visit the product page for more details on ship times.
All in-stock products ship within 48 business day hours and are generally delivered in an average of 5 to 10 business days once shipped. Please note that the upgraded delivery options shown below may require additional delivery time.
Ground Delivery: FedEx, UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After 7 days, the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.
Curbside Delivery: Delivered to the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most equipment weighs over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Inside Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.
Upgraded deliveries are picked up from the Standard Delivery destination warehouse in your area. The Upgraded Delivery team may require additional time to schedule and deliver your order in addition to the Standard Delivery time period of 4 to 10 business days.
Large items ship via motor freight and will be placed in the garage or the first available ground level door. This does not include room of choice or any steps. Since your product is being shipped via freight carrier you will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery time since this shipping method requires a signature.
Delivered by a freight carrier with lift gate, two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs- additional flights will be charged $15 per flight. Floors accessible via an elevator count as one flight of stairs. For example, if the room of choice is on the fourth floor and is accessible via elevator it will count as one flight only.
This is our highest quality shipping service, leaving all the work to us so you don't need to lift a finger. The white glove delivery is a one-step process that includes delivery into the room of your choice, removal of debris and packaging, and the assembly of the product. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs. If additional flights are required please call or email for a quote. Floors accessible via an elevator count as one flight of stairs only.
