LifeSpan wants to make sure your products arrive safely and quickly. We do our best to provide you with delivery options that will best suit your needs. All delivery options are listed below with a brief description for each. Due to the size of treadmills, treadmill desks, and other large items, specific methods of transportation are used to ensure that your product arrives in good condition.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii within our standard free shipping policy. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and are interested in purchasing LifeSpan products, email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Orders ship within 48 hours from our Salt Lake City, UT warehouse. Expedited shipping not available for most items.
All in-stock products ship within 2 business days and are delivered within 5 to 10 business days on average. Please note that shipping delays are more common from November through March due to inclement weather and peak shipping season.
Ground Delivery (Includes accessories, rowing machines and Stretch Partner.) FedEx, UPS and USPS shipments will follow their standard protocols for package deliveries. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether a package is left when no one is home. If the driver feels that the package could be stolen or get damaged based on your location or weather conditions the driver will not drop the package but will leave a first attempt notice. The driver will make three attempts with notices on each attempt and then return the product to the distribution center to be held for the customer to pick up. After 7 days, the shipment is considered undeliverable and will be returned to the shipper.
Curbside Delivery (Most fitness and workplace products.) Delivered to the curb or driveway. Requires a delivery appointment which is initiated by the carrier. The carrier will hold the order in storage for up to 7 business days at which time they may charge a daily storage fee for each day thereafter. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the point of delivery to the garage or room where the product will reside. The drivers are not responsible for placing the product inside the garage or home. LifeSpan will not be responsible for rain damage or stolen product if the product cannot be moved to a dry, secure location. Since most equipment weighs over 175 lbs., if a second person is not available to help move the product to the home a better option is Inside Delivery or the best option is Room of Choice Delivery.
Order is shipped via freight carrier to a local delivery hub at which time the order will be handed off to local delivery and install team. The Upgraded Delivery team may require more time to schedule and deliver your order in addition to the standard delivery period of 5 to 10 business days. Box will be placed in the garage or the first available ground level entry. This distinction will be made by the driver at the time of delivery. This does not include a room of choice or any steps. The driver is not insured/allowed to enter a residence or business. Threshold delivery requires a delivery appointment which is initiated by the delivery company.
One or two delivery professionals will place your product in the room of your choice. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs- additional flights may be charged $15 per flight. Floors accessible via elevator count as one flight of stairs. For example, if the room of choice is on the fourth floor and is accessible via elevator it will count as one flight only. Room of Choice delivery requires a delivery appointment which is initiated by the delivery company.
These are our highest quality delivery services, leaving all the work to us so you don't need to lift a finger. There are two White Glove Delivery options and both include delivery into your room of choice, removal of debris and packaging if so desired, and the assembly of the product. Rooms can be up or down two flights of stairs. If additional flights are required, please call or email for a quote. Floors accessible via an elevator count as one flight of stairs only.
Our standard white glove delivery service is a two-step process and is our preferred service. We will use a logistics provider (trucking company) to deliver the order to your room of choice, remove the item from the box, and remove the packaging and debris if so desired. A local authorized service technician will be scheduled to come and perform the assembly once you have received the delivery. This service will require two separate appointments which will be scheduled directly with you by the delivering carrier and service technician with completion ranging from one to several days after delivery.

In this case, we will use a logistics provider (trucking company) to deliver the order to the room of your choice, remove the item from the box, remove the packaging and debris if so desired and perform the assembly at the time of delivery.
